High energy granola bars

Ingredients
(1) 8oz. bag almonds1/4 cup sesame seeds1.5 cups quick cooking oats1/2 cup dried cranberries1 cup dried blueberies2/3 cup maple syrup1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 275. Lightly spray 9" X9" pan with cooking spray. Grinds almonds into a coarse meal, then combine with rest of the ingredients.
Press mixture into pan firmly. Bake 1 hour.

Cool. then slice.
Makes 20 bars.

Tip: It is important to firmly pack the mix and cool completely before cutting or the bars will be a yummy crumble instead!
