Ingredients
75 gram(s) Frozen Cooked Green Lentils 1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 300 grams Snowfrost mixed vegs (peas, corn, and carrots) 1 large Onions, raw 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 260 grams Tomato Paste 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 bulb Fennel 5.5 cloves Garlic
Directions
fry onions and garlic in the pan in a bit of oil
put in all other vegetables and water
put in spices to taste - I used paprika, salt, pepper
bring to a boil and then simmer for a few hours
