Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
12 medium Shrimp, raw 4 oz Spaghetti - Barilla Spaghetti 2 clove Garlic 4 tbsp chopped Shallots 2 serving Sambucca, one shot (by EMSR2D2) 6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 6 serving Tomato, Plum Baby, 1 tomato (by ARUTHK01) 2 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Olive Oil 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
Directions
Have all ingredients chopped and ready
Cook pasta al dente
While pasta is cooking, heat oil and butter in a cast iron frying pan on medium-high heat.
Add shallot and cook till translucent.
Add garlic and green onion and cook 1 minute
Add lemon juice, cayenne, tomatoes, and sambucca. Bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes, turning half way.
Lower heat to low simmer and add whipping cream.
Drain pasta and pour over shrimp sauce. Garnish with chopped broad-leaf parsley as desired
