Romaine Lettuce Smoothie

Ingredients
.50 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 cup Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine 1 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup .50 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 serving Cara Cara Orange - 1 medium orange
Directions
Starting with the milk, put all the ingredients in a blender. Use the Food Chop setting if you have one, then use the Crush Ice setting. Blend until the ingredients are well mixed for drinking.
Then pour into a glass for drinking.
Ice can be added for a thicker consistency.
Sometimes I add vanilla protein powder.
