Zoodle Taco Skillet

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion6 cup Zucchini Zoodles 16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 package taco seasoning425 grams Beans, black (1 can)1 can Mexicorn 1 can Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies 1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes in Sauce 1 cup shredded cheese (colby-jack)Seasonings: cumin, paprika*Garnishes: Avocado, cilantro, sour cream (Chobani greek yogurt)*Garnishes are not included in nutritional information
Directions
-Saute onion
-brown ground turkey and drain grease
-add zoodles and toss with ground turkey for several minutes
-add drained corn and black beans
-add Rotel and diced tomatoes
-mix in shredded cheese

-Top with a little cilantro , sliced avocado and sour cream
