Lemon Butter Salmon

Ingredients
6 oz Pink Salmon (fish) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Honey 2 oz Kirkland Chicken Stock 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
Melt butter in pan, add garlic and let brown. Add in chicken stock and lemon juice. Let reduce. Add in honey. Put to side.

In skillet, add 2tbsp olive oil and salmon. Cook on each side for about 4 minutes each. Remove salmon and drizzle with sauce.
