20 serving Bread - Fiber One Whole Wheat = 1 Slice 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil 0.3 cup Semolina, enriched 5 gram Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
Add chopped onions into the pan with 2 tbls of oil. Saute till Translucent.
Add tomato and cook till mushy, then add garam masala, salt and chilli.
Add semolina and mix. Add half cup of water and mix.
Then add toasted bread chopped to pieces.
Add chopped corainder and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings.
