Ingredients
4 oz Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat 4 oz Smoked Salmon (lox) 4 serving Crepe - French Style (1 crepe) 5 leaf Spinach, fresh 0.5 tbsp Sour Cream 0.25 fl oz Lemon Juice 1.5 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1.5 tbsp Dill weed, dried
Directions
Make crepes. Mix together cream cheese, spices, lemon juice, sour cream. Smear 2 tablespoons on each crepe, cover with 1oz of salmon, add few leaves of spinach and serve Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (2 crepes/serving)
