1.5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg white, fresh 12 tsp Splenda 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Yogurt, Greek gods traditional plain Greek yogurt 0.35 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas 0.25 serving Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Waffle Mix 1 bar (1.4 oz) Skor Toffee Bar
Heat oven to 350°
Prepare mini muffin pan using spray oil.
Using a blender combine the bananas, eggs, Splenda, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
In a food processor and blend together until a course meal is created using the oats flaxseed, and chia seed.
Add oatmeal Mixture into the blender, mix together until smooth add in a fourth a cup of Kodiak blend. Stir in toffee pieces.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for five minutes and transferred to Hudlin rack.
