Vegan Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 Green Onion stalks 1.5 tsp Yellow Mustard 3 tbsp Vegan mayonnaise 0.5 tsp Salt 1 clove Garlic 0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
Directions
Drain & rinse the garbanzo beans. Pop skins off each bean. Combine all ingredients. Use a potato masher to mash. Mix. Enjoy.
