Chris' Gas Monkey Elote with Jalapeno Sausage

Ingredients
896 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 112 grams Bacon grease 100 grams Cilantro, raw 6 oz Cacique - Ranchero Queso Fresco .5 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar 168 grams Sour Cream .25 cup Granulated Sugar 4 serving Eckrich Jalapeno & Cheddar Smoked Sausage 1.5 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, black Chili powder to tasteCumin to taste
Directions
Chop up the corn lightly in a food processor to the desired consistency you like. Melt the bacon grease in a large skillet and when melted, add the corn, sugar, salt, and pepper and get hot. Then add the sour cream, cut up sausages, cilantro, cheeses, chili powder, and cumin and get to a simmer stirring all the time. Serve hot with tortilla chips
