Fried Cabbage & Potatoes

Ingredients
4 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded) 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 5 oz Lightlife - Organic Three Grain Tempeh 4 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
Directions
Cook a package of Fakin’ Bacon (Lightlife Tempeh) in oil. Remove from pan. Let dry & then crumble while rest cooks. Put a package cabbage slaw mix & 4 diced potatoes into pan. Add more oil as needed. Also add 1/4 tsp each salt & pepper. Put lid on pan to cook, stirring frequently. Once mostly cooked add 4-5 cloves garlic. Once complete add “bacon”. Stir & serve.
