Green Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 Zucchini, sliced1 cup Spinach, torn1/4 cup Broccoli, chopped 1/4 cup Bell Pepper, diced1 Green Onion, sliced4 Eggs2 tbl Milk 2 tbl ground flax2 tbl chia seeds2 tbl coconut flour2 tbl Apple Cider Vinegar1 tsp Salt1/4 c Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Put all vegetables into a small casserole dish. Whisk together eggs and next 6 ingredients, pour over vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes additional to brown top.
