Home baked potato wedges

Ingredients
3 medium (3" dia.) Potatoes raw 1tbsp olive oilSalt, black and red pepper as per taste
Directions
Wash the potatoes well and cut into wedges with the skin on. Place on a baking tray. Sprinkle salt, black and red pepper as per taste. Add olive oil and mix well. Bake in oven @200 degrees C covered for 8-10 mins. Then uncover and place under grill till nicely browned and crispy. Makes 36 wedges Serving Size: 6 wedges
