Ingredients
1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 cup Coconut Oil .25 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts - raw shelled hemp seeds 4 tbsp chia seeds 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 tsp Salt 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine the dates, water and coconut oil and heat over med-low heat until dates are soft and pasty, then mix together, remove from heat and add vanilla; Mix all the other ingredients together and add in the date mixture and evenly spread into a 7" x 11" pan. Cool and cut into about 60 1 x 1 pieces (approx. 6 x 10). They disappear fast!
