Rose's Turkey Lasagne

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey2 tbsp Olive Oil1 large Onions, chopped5 cloves Garlic, minced2 14 oz cans chopped Tomatoes3 tbsp Tomato Paste, 3 tsp fresh Thyme , chopped1 tbsp fresh Oregano, chopped10 leaves fresh Basil, chopped4 oz no cook Lasagna Noodles4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk2 oz grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
For the sauce:
heat oil in skillet and add ground turkey.
When the meat is no longer pink, add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and herbs. Simmer for 15 mins. (35 if using fresh tomatoes)

For the Lasagne:
In a square baking pan spread a large spoonfull of the sauce mix, and top with a layer of pasta. Add a layer of sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Continue layering sauce, pasta and cheese in pan ending with a layer of sauce and cheese. Top with a layer of parmesan cheese.

Bake in a 350 oven for 45 mins, or until pasta is easily cut.
