Grilled Acorn Squash with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients
Large acorn squash1 tbsp chopped fresh Sage1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar*1 tsp rey Poupon Dijon Mustard2 cloves minced Garlic2 tbsp Olive OilPAM
Directions
Cut squash in half lengthwise, and scoop out seeds. Cut halves crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place on a large plate and spray with PAM.

Grill over medium heat with lid closed, turning once - until tender and browned - about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together sage, winegar, mustard, garlic and oil. Drizzle over squash.

Makes 4 servings.
