Ghetto Lasagna

Ingredients
2 pounds rigatoni1 container Part skim ricotta8 oz. part skim shredded mozzarella1 egg, beaten1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauceSpices, to taste
Directions
cook rigatoni according to package directions, minus 1-2 minutes (you want it al dente)
mix with Ragu sauce
Mix cheeses and egg together until well blended with your choice of spices
Layer in a casserole dish all ingredients
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes until cheese melts
