Cauliflower keto pizza crust

Ingredients
2 cup Cauliflower, raw 2 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Combined rices cauliflower and shredded mozzarella in a bowl. Add two eggs and mix until it comes together nicely. Cut parchment paper to fit pizza pan and put crust on pan. Using your hands, spread out the crust evenly on the paper. Bake crust for 15 minutes and then let cool a little bit. Add favorite toppings and broil to melt the cheese and toppings for 5 minutes at 500 degrees, but watch closely so it doesn’t burn. Enjoy!!

    Fantastic taste and consistency, I added my own tomato sauce with 1Table Spoon (TS) of Apple Cider Vinegar, Basel, Thyme, and Oregano then 1 teaspoon of onion and garlic powder then 3TS Olive Oil, Simmer for 1 hour on low heat. Topping was Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Canadian Ham, More Cheese and veggies. - 3/2/20
