Lamb Skewers w/ Rosemary & Garlic

100 grams cubed lamb0.5 fl oz lemon juice1 tsp fresh rosemary1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp crushed garlic1/4 bell pepper (cut into pieces)3 mushrooms1/4 spanish red onion, sliced into 3 pieces.(these ingredients should be enough to make 3 skewers, depending on their size)
1. Cut the lamb into cubes about 1 inch thick
2. Marianted the lamb for a few hours with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, crushed garlic and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
3. Cut mushroom, bell peppers & onion in pieces roughtly the same size.
4. Thread ingredients onto a skewer (if using wooden skewers make sure to soak in water for at least an hour before hand). Make sure to alternate meat with vegetable to spread the juices.
5. Brush left over mariande onto the now full skewers.
6. Grill or pan fry the skewers, making sure to rotate so that they cook evenly.
