Individual Turkey Loaves with Cornbread Stuffing

1 lb ground turkey1/2 cup quick cooking oats1/4 cup water1 teaspoon italian seasoning1 package (1.4 oz.) dry vegetable soup mix3/4 cup cornbread stuffing mix1/4 cup plus 3 tbsp boiling waterVegetable Cooking Spray
Combine Turkey, Oats, Water, Italian Seasoning and soup mix. In separate bowl, combine stuffing and water; cover and set aside.
Coat 4 6 oz custard cups with non-stick vegetable spray. In bottom of each cup, press 1/3 cup turkey mixture. Top with 3 TBSP stuffing mixture. Press another 1/3 cup turkey mixture over stuffing, sealing all edges.
Place custar cups on cookie sheet and bake on 350 for 30 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center.
To serve, loosen edges of loaves with knife and invert cup.
