Buffalo Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1 medium Onions, chopped 1 1/4 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 large Spaghetti Squash, baked and shredded 1 3/4 Cup ground chicken, cooked 3/4 Cup Hot Pepper Sauce 5 tbsp Egg whites1 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 1/4 shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray casserole pan with cooking spray. In a medium pan, sauté onions and carrots until translucent, about 6-7 minutes. While vegetables are cooking, in a large bowl and with a clean dishrag, squeeze moisture out of spaghetti squash. Add onions, carrots, and all other remaining ingredients, except cheese to bowl of spaghetti squash. Stir until well-combined. Pour mixture into casserole pan, Sprinkle cheese on top bake for 35 minutes, and enjoy!
