Ingredients
3 cups Mozzarella Cheese, part skim 1.5 cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 tbsp Cream Cheese
Directions
Mix mozzarella and cream cheese together in microwave until melted. Mix eggs together with almond flour, adding cheese mixture slowly until fully incorporated. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Top and bake until cheese is melted.
