Ingredients
0.25 cup Double Q Salmon0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g)Coating (Optional)FlourEggBread, Panko, or Cracker crumbs seasoned
Directions
Pick bones from canned salmon. Add onion, crumbs, and seasonings. Mix together and allow to chill till ready to cook. Prepare and use breading of your choice. Shallow fry until golden and heated through.
