Seafarer's Kamut Pasta

1/4 white onion, finely chopped1 clove garlic, finely chopped1/3 cup vegetable broth3 oz raw shrimp, thawed if frozen2 oz bay scallops or calamari pieces, thawed if frozen2oz Kamut pasta (I reccomend Eden Organic's Kamut Spaghetti)1 tbsp shredded fresh basilhot pepper flakes, to taste
Heat 1/4 cup water in a non-stick saucepan.
Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Pour in broth and seafood and cook for 5 minutes, or until seafood is just opaque. Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook according to the package directions.
Drain well, and toss with seafood mixture, basil, and pepper flakes.
