I doubled the recipe, made it in an 8x8 pan and cut it into 25 pieces which came to just a little below 77 cals per piece. Got raves at work! - 1/14/11

These were really good. I added some light whipcream to them (2 TBS = 15 calories) and it made it taste really nice - 7/14/09

This made a great little snack. Perfect for that chocolate craving with just the right amount of chocolate. I made them with my mini muffin pan and got 18 mini brownies. - 2/25/08

Mine came out as 12 small cupcakes, but it was a perfect size for a little snack. Very good and quite easy to prepare. - 1/6/08

This was really good. Hubby really loved it. I packed some for him to take on his trucking trip along with a few other goodies. - 10/12/20

I liked these but I think they would be better with real whipped cream on top. I am a diabetic, therefore, I do not eat frosting but I feel they need a little something. Great snack with a cup of coffee. - 5/21/13

Love the recipe, but I had to substitute the brown Sugar with Brown Splenda and it was amazing as well. Dropped the carb count a bit also! - 9/10/12

They were good and the kids loved them. A little bit more like chocolate cupcakes than brownies though. - 2/17/08

This is a light, not too sweet brownie that's great with coffee! It didn't yield 12 servings though. It made 9 very small cupcake size brownies. - 4/8/07
