Cashew Cream

Ingredients
1 cup Cashews, raw Water to soak3/4 cup fresh water1/2 tsp pure vanilla4 fresh Dates (or 1 Tblsp Maple syrup)
Directions
Soak cashews overnight
Place drained cashews, dates and 3/4 cup fresh water in blender and blend until smooth
Chill - will keep min fridge 4 - 5 days
