2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 large Onions, raw 3 tsp Garlic 2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 cup, sliced Zucchini 12 oz Shrimp, raw 2 tsp Turmeric, ground 0.5 tsp Coriander seed, ground2 tsp Curry powder (I used 1tsp garam masala and 1tsp curry)1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 can 15oz Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 can water (I just used the tomato can to measure
Heat oil.
Add all vegetables besides tomatoes. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Add spices
Add shrimp. Cook 3-5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and water. Cook 5-10 minutes over medium high.
