This is good, but only makes 6 servings. Cut shortcake in half for 12. - 3/29/11

This is a good recipe, but no way did it make 12 servings. It made six small sortcakes. I used Splenda and 2% milk. Would definitely make it again. - 7/8/10

I substitute Splenda for the sugar, decrease the amount of butter, and use the heart healthy version of Bisquick. Started with modifications when my DH was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. We love it, and had just this very evening! It's a real winner. - 6/6/10
