2 cup Pinto beans, dry beans boiled without salt (by GRANDCANYONGIRL) 4 medium Tomatillos 1 serving Onions, yellow sauteed 1 cup 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 serving Oils of Aloha, Macadamia Oil (by TSM1991) 2 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini 1.5 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 1 serving serrano chili (by MARYELLEN301) 3 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 600 grams La Victoria Green Chile Salsa, Mild 4 dash Salt
sautee veggies in intstant pot, add washed beans beans, salsa, spices to taste & water. Close the lid. Set High Pressure and choose Chili/Bean setting, adjust to 45 minutes. When finished, let pressure release naturally (25+ minutes).
