Banana Loaf

Ingredients
1.0 cup Flour, white1.0 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 tbsp Imperial Margarine3.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
Mash bananas in mixing bowl, add sugar, margarine, and egg and blend together. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 deg for 45-55 mins. Ready when toothpick comes out dry when poked in center of loaf.
