STEAK FAJITA OVER CAULIFLOWER RICE

Ingredients
2 lbs sirloin steak 2 Red Bell Pepper sliced into strips 1 large Onions, sliced into strips 1 pkg Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice, cooked according to package2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet saute veggies until slightly softened but still crisp. add in Taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water

Brush remaining oil on to steaks and sprinkle with salt and pepper, grill on high heat for 3-5 mins per side. let rest for 10 mins then slice into strips. add to veggies

serve over the cauliflower rice, top with your favorite fajita toppings , Enjoy!
