Pepper steak with onion in slow cooker

Ingredients
16.0 oz Beef, top sirloin4.0 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)3.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)3.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw1.0 tsp Ginger Root1.0 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw1.0 tbsp Argo Cornstarch0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Slice sirloin and add to crock pot. Add vegetables and garlic along with low sodium soy sauce. Cook for 3 hours on high. Add cold water mixed with cornstarch to form a slurry into the crock pot. Cook another half hour on high to thicken sauce
