Ingredients
1 Whole Grain/Wheat Tortilla 1/2 cup Southwestern style Egg Beaters1/4 cup Black Beans1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar, Fat Free2 tbsp Tostitos Restaurant t Style Salsa
Directions
Spray a non-stick pan with a no calorie cooking spray. Scramble Egg Beaters until fully cooked, then mix in black beans. Place finished Eggs with beans on a Whole Grain/Wheat tortilla with fat free Cheddar cheese. Roll, and place in microwave for 1 minute, or until cheese is fully melted, then cover with salsa. Serve with fresh fruit.
