454 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 8 tbsp Chung Jung One Premium Korean BBQ sauce and marinade 3 clove Garlic 1 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 3 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) Butter lettuce leaves for wrapping
Cook ground chicken, add sauce and stir. Add diced veggies and cashews. Season with rice wine vinegar and chili garlic paste to taste.
Serve on lettuce, or with cauliflower rice and veggies.
