1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 0.50 cup Tomato Sauce 1 lb Beef, tip round 0.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.50 cup Zuccini Squash 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Brown Beef in olive oil.
add tomato sauce, water, zucchini, and Corn.
And salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and onion powder
Simmer till zucchini is tender.
Add water as needed to cook zucchini.
