Vermicelli Noodle Salad

100 gram Rice Noodles (n) = rice vermicelli (by WECANDOIT2009) 2 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 1.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1.5 cup Bean sprouts 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) .25 grams Cilantro, raw 2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (by PINCHYGUY) 1.5 tbsp Sunflower Oil 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 clove Garlic
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Set aside for flavours to blend.
Soak vermicelli in warm water for 2 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Turn out only tea towel if necessary to dry more.
Combine vermicelli with remainder of salad ingredients.
Just prior to serving, add dressing and toss again.
Serve with lime wedges.
