Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 medium ripe Bananas 2/3 Cups Granulated Sugar1/3 Cups Packed Brown Sugar1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Large egg3/4 Cups Water2 Cups White Flour1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda1 dash Salt 1/4 Cups Butter, salted1/3 Cups White Flour1/3 Cups unpacked Brown Sugar
Directions
Smash bananas, and combine with Sugar, add Vanilla. Add egg and water.

In a seperate bowl, combine all dry ingredients, and add to the wet mixture.

In a seperate bowl, combine cold butter with 1/3 Cups White Flour and 1/3 Cups unpacked Brown Sugar, mix into a crumb mixture. this will be your topping.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter
Add topping, evenly
Bake at 350 degrees F, for 15 minutes, toothpick check, make sure it comes out dry.
Cool for 10 minutes, and serve.
