.5 cup Hummus 142 grams Kale 228 grams Beets, boiled .25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 0.5 cup Kroger Quinoa 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins) 1 cup Frozen green peas
Directions
prepare quinoa .
toast sunflower seeds
split ingredients between bowls
mix hummus and lemon juice, place into little containers.
