Thaw and well drain 55-60 count shrimp.
beat 1 egg with 3 TB heavy cream
bread shrimp in KETO fine flour
dip shrimp in to egg and cream mixture
after crushing pork rinds, roll shrimp in pork rinds
fry in oil
