2 tbsp Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 12 oz Tilapia filet, raw 0.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
Directions
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Dredge filets in bread crumbs and brown in skillet. Approximately 3-4 minutes each side.
