3.5 oz Tilapia filet 4 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh 0.5 cup Snap peas 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 2 tbsp Sliced lemons 1 slice per serving 0.5 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes) 1 Serving(s) Butter flavored cooking spray 1 tsp Garlic powder
Set oven to 460 degrees. Tear 2 pieces of foil as long as your cookie sheet. Put fish in the center. Asparagus on one side and peas on the other. Cut tomatoes in half and divide between sides. Spray with butter spray so that the food doesn’t stick. Cover with the other piece on foil a fold edges together to for packet. Bake for 20 minutes. Be careful when opening to prevent burns from steam.
