8 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 6 oz Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese Slice (Great Value) 1 cup Cheese - Sargento classic mozzarella shredded cheese 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Olive Oil 1.5 cup Casa Visco Fat Free Pasta Sauce No Salt No Sugar Added (by BEAUTIFULBANIAN) 1 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING1/8 BLACK PEPPER1 TSP GARLIC SALT
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SLICE CHICKEN BREAST LENGHTWISE INTO THIN PIECES. IN ONE BOWL MIX EGG. IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD ALMOND FLOUR, PARMESAN CHEESE, BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC SALT, ITALIAN SEASONING. HEAT OIL IN PAN. TAKE CHICKEN BREAST DIP IN EGG THEN DREDGE THROUGH FLOUR MIX, ADD TO PAN. COOK EACH SIDE 10 MINS ON MEDIUM UNTIL BROWNED. ONCE ALL CHICKEN IS COOKED, PLACE IN A CASSEROLE DISH WITH 2 TBS OF SAUCE, 1 SLICE OF MOZZARELLA CHEESE. SPREAD THE SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES.
