Ingredients
16 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops .5 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched (by DEECAKES34) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp 6 tbsp Marsala Cooking Wine (by INEZ_LEDBETTER) 1 cup Aldi's Fit & Active Chicken Broth - 1 cup (240mL)/serving 4 servings per box (by THENEWKAREN) 1 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
Directions
Bread the pork loin chops with the egg wash and almond flour. Bake for 20 min. until done. Cook onion and mushroom until soft in 1 tsp. of butter. Add marsala wine and chicken broth and simmer for about 5 min over medium heat. Add cooked pork and simmer about 5 min. Add corn starch to thicken sauce if desired (make a slurry with water before adding).
