Ingredients
.5 cup Breadcrumbs, whole wheat panko (by TJOY73) 8 oz Wellsley Farms Mahi Mahi Loins (by JUSTINIANOBRONX) .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic, finely minced1 tsp Parsley, dried .5 tsp Salt Salt & Pepper to season fish to taste1 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
Directions
Salt and Pepper fish and spread mustard on one side.
Mix remaining ingredients well, and dip mustard-coated side of fish in the mixture.
Spray a caking sheet, place fish and then cooked for 10-15 min in a 400 degree oven until done (fish flakes easily and crumb topping is golden).
