1/3 cup Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese 1 TBSP Real Bacon Pieces 4 tbsp Picante Salsa (Hot) 2 Flour Tortillas 6" (100 calories Each)1 Oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts for Fajitas (Pre-Seasoned/Marinated) - Appx. 1/4 cup of meat
Pre-heat Oven to 350.
Spray the bottom of a cookie sheet with Olive Oil Spray. Lay 1 flour tortilla flat and top with Pre-heated leftover chicken fajita meat, and sprinkle 1/2 TBSP. Bacon over it. Add 1/2 the cheese, and 2 TBSP of Salsa. Make sure ingredients are spread over the tortilla evenly.
Cover the tortilla and Chicken mix with the other tortilla. Spread the remaining Cheese, Bacon Bits & Salsa over the top. Place in oven and Bake on 350 until the cheese is melted.
Cut into 4ths. For fewer calories eat only 1/2 the quesadilla
Serving Size: Makes 1 Quesadilla (4 slices)
