10 oz. Salmon fillet1 tbsp mustard, grainy2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar BlendSaltPepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick spray. Place the salmon fillet on the foil. Lightly salt and pepper the fillet. Spread the mustard on the salmon. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the mustard and pack it in. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes or until flaky. Serve.
