Broccoli and Ground Beef

4 bunch Broccoli, fresh 20 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1 serving Prince of Peace Ginger Honey Crystals 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .25 cup Soy Sauce
Carmelize the onions in butter, add spices. Set aside.
Brown the ground beef.
Cut up the broccoli and put it in with the cooked ground beef until bright green.
Stir in spices, ginger crystals, and soy sauce.
Serve over rice or plain.
