Ingredients
Cut 2 links Kroger mild Italian sausage into small pieces and brown in a heavy frying pan. When almost done, add spice:1 Serving(s) Zatar Preheat oven to 400 F and cube up squash. Cook in microwave till tender. 146 grams Butternut Squash 0.7 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh In large bowl, combine:1 cup Cornmeal Arrowhead Mills Organic 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.6 gram(s) Arm & Hammer Baking Soda (1 tsp)0.25 tsp Salt Mix well in separate bowl:2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Simple Truth greek yogurt plain Add this mix to the cornmeal mix and combine till just mixed. Then add all the sausage mix, plus pan drippings, to the egg and cornmeal mix. Spray a muffin tin with Pam or other cooking spray. Fill spaces 2/3 full. Place in center rack of oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until tops brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Directions
400F for 20 minutes Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins about 2 inches across.
