Pork Back Ribs

26 oz Costco Pork Back Ribs (by JUSTMEL13) 6 tsp Montreal Steak Spice (by FLUTTERGIRL82)
Peel membrane off of the back of the whole rack of ribs.
It is easier to start at the shortest rib and with fingernail lift a corner edge of membrane and pull with fingers. It usually peels off in one whole piece.
Sprinkle Steak Spice on top.
Wrap tightly in Tin foil or butcher paper.
Bake 300 for 2 hours
Open tin foil and continue baking 375 for 20 minutes (can brush BBQ sauce over ribs at this stage for that extra zing)
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving
Serving Size: 13 ribs serves 4 or 5 people
